ReplyDeleteBeing an educator takes a lot of time, effort, and hard work which is what the author is saying. Great leaders have always rolled up their sleeves and attacked problems head on because they know the work they do is what is best for kids.
ReplyDeleteWhat Mr. McCarthy said about the people in his building having bad days was interesting. I never looked at my job this way. I guess that's why I feel exhausted everyday when I go home. I am trying to compensate for all the people, including students in my building who are having bad days. This puts things in a new perspective for my position.
